Hello!
About Me
Information architecture is more than a profession to me. It's the way I approach problems.

Whether I'm writing an article, editing documentation, designing a taxonomy, or improving a business process, my goal is always to help people find, understand, and use information with as little friction as possible. Throughout my career, I've learned that information challenges rarely begin with the information itself. They begin further upstream, in unclear processes, inconsistent structures, or systems that have quietly become more difficult to navigate. I enjoy uncovering those hidden friction points and designing solutions that bring clarity.

Since 2013, I've worked across content strategy, writing, editing, and information architecture, creating everything from polished customer-facing content to knowledge bases, governance frameworks, and content systems. Just as importantly, I enjoy improving the processes behind that work, simplifying workflows, reducing complexity, and building systems that continue to serve both the people who maintain them and the people who rely on them.

What matters most to me is connecting people with information that is genuinely meaningful to them. That's why I'm drawn to mission-driven organizations, where thoughtful writing, strong information architecture, and well-designed systems can make knowledge more accessible, decisions more informed, and people's lives just a little easier. The best information architecture is invisible by design. You only notice it when it's missing, and I enjoy making sure that it is not.
